Education

Empathy
In order to be united across backgrounds, generations, and cultures, people must respect and care for each other. This requires us to learn how to de-center ourselves, and accept and support others for who they are, not for what we want them to be.
Mutual Accountability
Humans make mistakes. But mistakes can be learned from if we hold each other accountable. To do that we must be forgiving, patient, and kind, so that when we make mistakes we know we can count on each other to help us do better, not leave us behind.
Justice For All
In a country founded on principles of equality and which promises to all its citizens life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, we must be vigilant for attempts to undermine civil and human rights by attacking the most vulnerable in our society.
